Perhaps a few will move on... but there are those who have sincerely been hurt by this "bait and switch". I hope to believe that they would keep this up!

Thanks for starting the thread. I share your grief and agree that we gotta do something. As much as I agree that we have to fight for our rights, I am not too sure if suing is the best option.
Again, if you all decide too, I will be more than glad to contribute my 100 but do we have enough ground to ask the questions in such 'blunt' manner? As much as you and I believe that our lives are completely topsy-turvied by these arcane policies, would some one arguing against our claim say that we are still entitled to do what we were allowed here to do. The employment visa allows us to work in a certain kind of job and nothing is hampering that aspect. Yes, it screws up promotions, displaces your plans to stay and has ill-effects both at a personal as well as professional levels but still..
If we have to sue, I think the ground work one has to do is immense. Find significant amounts of data from USCIS in terms of how random their approvals are and how it affects you after we all paid monies expecting a totally different pattern. If this can be accomplished, we could sue them probably for their lack of customer service, by-passing their guidelines on a consistent basis and thus hampering the lives of several people who were here for example in 2001, etc. I strongly believe data is our best friend (worst too, as it is personal data that we probably might not be entitled to even enquire..)

If we were too get enough data, combining that with active media publicity and some innovative ideas (flowers/clocks/watches whatever) or getting the businesses to acknowledge, then we may see certain changes.

Did anyone get their physical Cards without getting CPO message ?
I have recd the I-797C Approval notice on the 11th but I have not recd the physical cards as yet. BTW I did not get any welcome e-mail or CPO mail - I directly got 485 Approval e-mail and that is all.

Once you have created a "portfolio" with the SRC/EAD numbers... there will be atable with LUD dates. Soft LUD is just a LUD without any change in status message. Hard LUD is when there is an actual update in status.

In this business model, if he lined up few long term contract with two or three big hotels to provide cooking service, or even provide cooked food from his home, and making similar income as per I-140, that will be enough to claim AC21. All he needs is legitimate self employment as per IRS rule, and good paperwork to claim that, in case of RFE.

Doing such extra effort as mentioned in the first post of the thread is not going to be helpful. When there is a bill we should be pushing towards not counting dependents and it is more straightforward. That will take care of the backlog issues to some extent. Admin fixes do not change laws, so admin fix for this is not possible as some suggested

We should clearly adopt a position against any bill which supports amnesty and offer a sensible, reasonable and fair quantitative increase in Employment Visa numbers. An example of reasonable proposals would be temporary increase of visa numbers, elimination of visa lottery and reallocation of visa numbes to EB, visa number recapture.

You all do amazing work and provide great information.I just did my first contribution of $100 and have become a recurring contributor for the same amount.If needed I will increase my contribution for March and April, as I will not be able to attend the event due to Family.
I tried to convince 4 EB3 friends with a priority date between mid 2002 and late 2003 , and all of them have lost hope for GC and they are just very pessimist about the process .
There are some who are concerned about not getting green cards , but give the excuse of being busy.I am trying to convince them to contribute and attend.
