effective marketing...something called MLM was used and some false promises.
This event cannot run based on MLM or false promises.
It can be successful only if every member understands their contribution and participation is key for this event and they are the one who can solve their immigration issue by taking this event seriously.
What is the difference between the two? IMO, two words "Effective Marketing". Come on, where are the MBA's among us who can offer strategy? Actually I feel we are so backward that we don't even need MBA's to improve from here, just any simple ideas

I agree--make your own decision for your peace of mind. Under W2, you're an employee and your employer does the taxes. On 1099, you're self-employed and you do the taxes, and also deduct business expenses. However, being on W2 does *not* mean that you've a job for unlimited period of time. A lot of recruiters for contract jobs (e.g., a 3-month contract) give you the option of joining under W2 or 1099.--e.g., $70/hr on 1099 or $60/hr or W2. Being on W2 should *not* be construed as being on a "permanent" job.
At the end of the day, it's all a question of your peace of mind. You can take this 6-month contract on W2 and take comfort in your (wrong) thinking that you're on a "permanent" job, or you can take that contract on 1099 and (wrongly) worry that you're on a "temporary thing."

This could be dream. I have been waiting for last 4 Yrs to see my date to be current. It took 3 Yrs to move just 6 months. Mine is 12/2001(EB3-India). 2 more months..sorry 2 more years to wait...
I don't blame anyone. EB3 are less educated or less skilled than EB2. America wants Highly educated. They process EB2 first. Any leftovers Visas will be given to EB3 guys. Hence EB3 people have to face long waiting. This is my understanding of how they process EB3...

At one end it is bad that USCIS moved back Nebraska Processing date to June 08 2007 (More than one month backword) but it looks like USCIS is preparing itself to kick EB3-India ahead... It is too early to say this confidently.. But my feeling is that USCIS will keep processing dates tied to June 2007 and will kick EB3-India ahead. I am keeping my fingers crossed. Though as per murthy's web site in May bulletin EB3-India dates will remain same, I am feeling that if my guess is correct then at least from June bulletin we will see 2 patterns 1) Nebraka processing date would not move ahead for some months or will

I have been waiting for the FP in the hope that they will be issuing it soon, its already Feb and I have not received it yet. Im the only one who has not recieved the notice yet in my friends circle, I have opened an SR last week. Mine is TSC application. Are there any TSC guys yet to receive the FP notices. i do not understand the fuss about it. why do we over react to it. Big law firms like FDBL ( fragmon) all said the lawsuit is not winnable no chance , DOS can change VB any time as per federal law. whats the use of all this??
